Jules graduated as a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2012. She is recognized as a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with over 5 years of research and experimenting with her own health and lifestyle.
Just like feeding the body is important, feeding the mind is just as important for overall wellness. Jules decided to deepen her yoga practice by enrolling in Daily Offering Yoga Studios Teacher Training Program in 2014 under the guidance of Anamargret Sanchez. Since then, Julia has taught private and group classes and has made yoga a part of her daily practice.
Jules is a passionate, ambitious individual that leads a life of making a difference in this world by touching one soul at a time. Whether it's setting an example, gathering the community together, or teaching a free yoga class, Jules truly wants to see the well being for all.
